1. Definitions and Scope of Application

In this document, "ba99" or "Platform" refers to the ba99-login.cam website and all associated services, mobile applications, and software. "Member" or "User" refers to any person who has registered an account on this platform or is using its services.

3.2 Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or gifting an account, its balance, or any bonuses to a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is discovered, the account will be permanently closed.

3.3 Updating Contact Information

If a mobile number or payment account changes, the member must update their profile promptly, as withdrawals cannot be sent to outdated details and ba99 will not be held responsible for any resulting issues.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Terms

Accepted deposit methods on ba99 are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name — transactions through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. This time may increase during verification reviews or when unusual transactions require additional scrutiny.

4.3 Verification Process

5. Bonus and Promotion Rules

New members on ba99 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,000; the member must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Separate terms may apply to each promotion and will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be used on specified games or sections — the applicable scope will be clearly stated in each offer.
• If a deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple members from the same household, device, or IP address may not claim the same bonus.
• If bonus abuse or system manipulation is suspected, ba99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account pending investigation.

5.3 VIP Cashback

ba99 has five VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a cashback on weekly net losses at a set rate: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets placed based on incorrect odds or payouts resulting from a technical error or misleading information may be voided by ba99.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Each game or market has specific bet limits, which will be displayed on the relevant game or sports market. ba99 may adjust these limits as needed.

6.3 Technical Disruptions

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba99 platform:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or fraud.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources as payment.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or ba99 staff.

If evidence of such activities is found, ba99 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account and seize the associated balance. ba99 reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Closure by ba99

ba99 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of a breach of these terms, evidence of fraud, or regulatory requirements. In such cases, any legitimate balance in the suspended account may be returned after a specific verification process.

8.2 Closure Request by the Member

A member who wishes to close their account voluntarily may contact ba99's 24/7 support team. Any outstanding withdrawals will be settled before closure.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no activity on an account for an extended period, ba99 may mark it as inactive and send a notice to the registered contact details.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

ba99 keeps members' transaction data secure through SSL encryption. If data is shared with any third party, it will be done in accordance with the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy.
